How do you start your mornings?

In the morning, the best piece of advice I can give you to start off a productive and energetic day is to keep water by you, keep one hour off your phone, take a cold shower, and stretch. In the mornings, when you wake up, drink a lot of water. Your body cycles through water more than it does thoughts. The second best thing would be to make sure you stay off your phone the first hour you wake up and the last hour before you go to bed. Blue light from electronics will wear your body down. Waking up and letting your body gain natural energy before perusing through social media will be a game changer for you. Taking a cold shower in the morning will help loosen your muscles and wake your body up, and you should also make sure to stretch before you continue on with your day. Maybe do some yoga and meditate, but your body really needs those extra steps for a energetic and full day!
