Is it okay to stop doing things when you struggle?

Absolutely! However, keeping yourself in a rut and not participating in self-care or appreciation, making sure to take care of your responsibilities isn’t healthy. It is perfectly fine to have a few days to yourself to laze about.. sometimes we need a few days for our minds to start working properly. To process some pain. But it isn’t healthy to stop taking care of yourself and your responsibilities for more than a couple days.
